AI Security for Apps Launch
How I led a cross-functional product launch for 30+ stakeholders, producing 80+ assets that drove pipeline across enterprise security accounts.
The Challenge
Cloudflare was entering the AI security market with a new product suite targeting enterprise security teams. The challenge: differentiate in a crowded, fast-moving space where every vendor claimed "AI-powered" capabilities, while aligning 30+ internal stakeholders across product, sales, and marketing.
My Role
Led end-to-end go-to-market strategy: developed core messaging and positioning framework, managed cross-functional stakeholder alignment, and oversaw production of 80+ customer-facing and enablement assets including the launch brief, sales decks, datasheets, blog posts, and web copy.
The Outcome
Successful Q1 2026 launch across all channels with strong enterprise pipeline. The positioning framework became the internal standard for all AI security messaging at Cloudflare. Add specific pipeline and ARR numbers here when available.
