The Challenge

Cloudflare was entering the AI security market with a new product suite targeting enterprise security teams. The challenge: differentiate in a crowded, fast-moving space where every vendor claimed "AI-powered" capabilities, while aligning 30+ internal stakeholders across product, sales, and marketing.

My Role

Led end-to-end go-to-market strategy: developed core messaging and positioning framework, managed cross-functional stakeholder alignment, and oversaw production of 80+ customer-facing and enablement assets including the launch brief, sales decks, datasheets, blog posts, and web copy.

The Outcome

Successful Q1 2026 launch across all channels with strong enterprise pipeline. The positioning framework became the internal standard for all AI security messaging at Cloudflare. Add specific pipeline and ARR numbers here when available.

The Challenge

Every security vendor publishes a threat landscape report. The challenge was creating something grounded in Cloudflare's unique network visibility — billions of requests, real attack data — that would serve both as a credible research asset and as the foundation for the AI Security Suite launch campaign.

My Role

Conceptualized and led the production of the report from brief to publication. Collaborated with data scientists, product, and security researchers to synthesize network data into buyer-ready insights. Developed the editorial framework, narrative arc, and data visualization strategy.

The Outcome

The report became the primary demand gen asset for the AI Security Suite launch, influencing $21M in pipeline across Q4 2025 and Q1 2026. It was cited in analyst briefings and referenced in competitive win stories across the sales team.

The Challenge

Ransomware was top-of-mind for every security buyer in 2021, but most organizations didn't know that encrypted traffic inspection was their biggest blind spot. The challenge was connecting F5's SSL Orchestrator to the ransomware conversation in a way that felt urgent and actionable.

My Role

Conceived and led the full webinar program: topic selection, messaging, script, promotional campaign, and follow-up sequences. Co-presented alongside product management and sales engineering to provide credibility across the technical and business buyer audiences.

The Outcome
